Blah Blah Mamavation Monday...

Well this week has really sucked. I wasn't allowed to work out due to PT but I am going talk about that this week. I gained weight which sucks but I fell off the wagon a bit in my Blah Blah mood. But only 3lbs so that isn't too bad. Plus Mother Nature wasn't my friend this week. But I will do better this week.... I turned the lights off in the picture because I didn't want to see the number...





No Real Goals for this week but doing the best I can.... Trying to find ways to fund going to the Mamavation Fit-Cation11 in June but not too sure if that is going to happen.

What motivates you to get going and what keeps you going?
My kids get me going, I have to get up everyday to help with them but they keep me going and I just want to be able to keep up with them. The Mamavation Sistahood keeps me going... Especially a few Sistas who know who they are have been AMAZING to me this week and I don't think this post would have been done..

Don't give up! Never give up... you can control your portions and diet and talk to the PT about what you CAN do... water exercises, etc.

I have faith in you that you will get over this and still meet your goals. Keep tweeting and have a great week.

Never, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever give up. NO MATTER WHAT you have a sistahood that's here to help and motivate you.
You might try talking to the PT about exercies you can do for your back that are low impact that also get you moving.
I broke my tailbone last winter and I couldn't do a darn thing. Putting my bra on hurt. You can do this. This is just a hiccup on the road to a healthy lifestyle. You can do this!!!!!

Hey girl, this kinda stuff happens during weight loss... We all have those ups and downs, it we never had those down weeks, then we would all be healthy and skinny! It happens, dont give up, trudge through this week and get back on the wagon with me, I saved you a seat!

We all have ups and downs and I understand your frustration. I hope that you get to go to Fitcation. I know how bad both you and I want to go. Don't give up hope yet. *hugs* If you don't go, we'll just have to do something fun and kickass that weekend, right?

Pull up your big girl panties and move on...that's what I always say to myself when I'm having the blah's (or as I call them, the mullygrubbs).
