As much as I try not to, it's hard to not compare myself to the other Mamavation Moms in terms of weight loss so far. My body is very up and down, and one week I'll lose 6 pounds, while the next week I'll gain 1 back. It's very frustrating, and it takes all I have in me to keep going and not quit. But I keep going because everyone is watching me and I don't want to let them down, and I'd rather not let myself down either. Learning to deal with it is a struggle. <br /><br />I've been on medications that suppress my appetite before, and I found that I have to eat whenever I feed my kids or I forget to eat until my blood sugar plummets, and THAT is never pretty. <br /><br />Congrats on the loss!! I am right where you are, struggling with ...Ah yes! I am right where you are, struggling with seeing how far I have to go, not wanting to celebrate the little achievements. I have 4 little ones at home, from 8yrs to 8mos. Life is hectic and busy and stressful, so my weight usually gets the brunt of all that stress. The most important thing is to have faith in yourself and in your body!
